From the art deco penthouses of the poshest hotels to the dirtiest , grimiest back alleys in the most crime infested sections of the city - from the darkest shadows of the lowest mustiest sub-cellars to the brightest reflections from the highest spires of the skyscrapers - from the back rooms of political hacks dense with cigar smoke and reeking of whisky to the sunny breezy beaches on the ocean coast There are secrets - dark secrets and it's my job to bring them to light.
